Through trauma-informed care, I guide clients in tuning into their physical, emotional, and mental needs, creating a nourishing, non-judgmental space for healing. Telehealth
I use telehealth, also known as telemedicine, to meet with my clients remotely via a HIPAA-compliant video call. When it's time for your session, all you need to do is click the link we sent you. You can use your computer, phone, or tablet. With telehealth, you aren't limited to find a nutritionist in your area. I am able to see clients throughout the state of Illinois and in certain other states.

Non Diet Meal Planning
I offer meal planning services rooted in a non-diet approach, focusing on nourishment, satisfaction, and well-being rather than restriction or weight loss. This approach encourages clients to make peace with food, emphasizing balance and flexibility over rigid rules. Together, we create personalized meal plans that honor individual preferences, cultural traditions, and nutritional needs while promoting a positive relationship with food.
